This is a standard privacy policy provided for Book Your Phoenix Stay Directly with Local Hosts through the Futurestay platform. It explains how Jessica & Kelli generally handles information collected through this site.
We collect the details you choose to share with us. When you contact us or make an inquiry, this may include your name, email address, phone number, and the message or dates you send. When you book or check in, we may also collect information such as the names and number of guests, and, if we request it, identification or a signed rental agreement. We do not collect this information unless you provide it.
We use your information to respond to your inquiries and to communicate with you about your stay or booking, including by email, phone, or text. We may also let you know about our properties and availability. We do not sell your personal information. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying to unsubscribe or contacting us.
We do not sell your personal information, but we do share it in order to run this site and your booking. This includes service providers who help us operate the rental, such as cleaning, maintenance, or smart-lock and check-in services; the Futurestay platform, which powers this site; and Stripe, which processes payments. We also share limited activity data with analytics and advertising providers through cookies and similar technologies, as described below. These providers may only use your information to provide their services. We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage your booking, and as required by law.
We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details. All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own privacy and security practices. We take reasonable steps to keep the information you share with us secure, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to help it function, understand how it is used, and measure the performance of our marketing. This includes analytics and advertising services such as those provided by Google. Depending on our setup, this site may also include additional analytics or advertising tools we have chosen to add, such as Google Analytics or a Meta (Facebook) pixel, which set their own cookies and share activity on this site with those providers. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
You may ask us to access, update, or delete the personal information you have shared with us. Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, the UK, or California), you may have additional rights over your information. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will do our best to help.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, please reach out at service@futurestay.com.
